Jenna-Louise Coleman has been a British actor for many years. Her most well-known role is as Clara Oswald, the character she played in Doctor Who. Early in her career, Jenna-Louise Coleman was a member of Yer Space a theater company where she performed in Crystal Clear during the Edinburgh Festival. The production received praise and Coleman was awarded the award in recognition of her performances. Coleman received her first major break when she landed the role as Jasmine Thomas in the soap show Emmerdale during 2005. The actress continued to appear in the soap until its end in 2009. Coleman made her film debut in 2011 when she played Connie as Connie in Captain America: The First Avenger.
