Emeraude Toubia

Emeraude Toubia was born and raised in Canada. She is well-known among Canadians because of her character as a Canadian actress in the Freeform fantasy series Shadowhunters. Also, she appeared in Venevision telenovelas Cosita linda and Voltea to whom you are is enthralled. A dancer and model by trade, Toubia has also achieved great success in both of these fields. She was born in Montreal, she was brought up in Texas. She's always enjoyed performing. When she was a young girl she began to learn various forms of dance. As a 15-year-old was when she began competing in beauty contests. In 1999, she made her first on-screen appearance in Televisa's children's program El Mundo de los Ninos.
