Emeraude Toubia

Emeraude Toubia is a native of Canada and is well-known among Canadians due to her work as a Canadian actress in the Freeform fantasy series Shadowhunters. Also, she appeared in Venevision telenovelas Cosita linda and Voltea a' que te enamores. Additionally, she's a talented model and dancer. As a Montreal resident, she was born and raised as a child in Texas and has always been interested in performing. She was trained since early in diverse types. When she was 15, she was a contestant in beauty contests. In 1999, she made her first on-screen appearance in Televisa's children's program El Mundo de los Ninos. Toubia gained fame for her participation in Nuestra Belleza Latina, the Univision pageant show. She made her acting debut in the year 2010, playing receptionist on the Telemundo television show Aurora. In 2015 she starred in her first feature film, an action drama called Tattooed Love.
